Terms of service

The agreement for using Listral. Plain wording, short on purpose.

The service

Listral provides pricing recommendations and fulfilment tools for ticket sellers. It is invite-only while it opens to early customers, and features may change.

Recommendations, not guarantees

Prices are recommendations based on market data that can be late, partial or wrong. You decide what to list at and are responsible for your listings, sales and any marketplace rules that apply to you. Listral does not guarantee that any ticket will sell or sell at a given price.

Your accounts and connections

You may only connect accounts, inboxes and API keys that you are entitled to use, and you must follow each marketplace's own terms. You are responsible for who on your team has access.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to process it to run the service, and to use it in anonymised, aggregated form as described in the Data sharing page and the Privacy page.

Fees

Fees are agreed with you before they apply. Early customers are not charged until we tell you in writing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use it to break the law or a marketplace's rules.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Listral is not liable for lost profit or indirect loss, and total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. Contact us through the request-access form on this site.
